How we handle your information when you use the Resonance AIO app — an all-in-one digital toolkit for radionics and remedy work.

We collect only what the app needs to run. We do not use advertising, we do not run analytics or tracking, and we do not sell your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Saleem ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Resonance AIO mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

01 Information We Collect

Account information. Your email address and password (handled and stored securely by Google Firebase Authentication), plus a display name and account identifier if provided.
Content you create. The remedies you build and save — names/descriptions, potency, scale, units, timer, selected color, and witness settings — stored in your account so you can reach them in your Library across sessions.
Photos and files (witness). With your permission, the App can access your camera or photo/file library so you can attach an image as a "witness." These images are used on your device; we do not upload your photos to our servers.
Purchase and subscription information. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We receive your subscription status and transaction identifiers, but not your full card details. On Android, if you pay by credit/debit card, the billing and contact details you enter are transmitted to our payment provider, HBL Pay (Habib Bank Limited), to process the payment.
Device integrity data. To protect the App from abuse we use Firebase App Check with Apple App Attest, which sends app/device integrity tokens to Apple and Google. This does not identify you personally.
Support communications. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use this information to create and secure your account, authenticate sign-in, save and sync the remedies in your Library, process and validate your subscription and free trial, protect against fraud and unauthorized access, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

03 How Your Information Is Stored and Shared

Your account and content data are stored using Google Firebase / Google Cloud services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, App Check, Remote Config). Some non-sensitive settings and secure tokens are stored locally on your device.

We share information only with providers that help us operate the App: Google LLC (authentication, database, app-integrity), Apple Inc. (subscriptions and App Attest on iOS), Google Play (subscriptions on Android), and HBL Pay (Habib Bank Limited) (card payments on Android only). We do not sell or rent your personal information. Because these providers operate globally, your information may be processed on servers outside your country of residence.

04 Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account and content data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the App under Account → Delete Account, which removes your profile and saved remedies from our database. You may also email us to request deletion. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment records held by the App Store, Google Play, or HBL).

05 Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We do not sell personal information.

06 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

07 Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, Firebase security rules, secure on-device storage for credentials and tokens, and App Check device attestation. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 Not Medical Advice

Resonance AIO is intended for personal and educational use within the radionics and homeopathy tradition. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional advice for any medical concern.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated policy and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
