Common questions
- How do subscriptions and the free trial work? Each plan (Monthly, 3 Months, 1 Year) includes a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- How do I restore a purchase? On the subscription screen, tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
- How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Account → Delete Account, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll remove your data.
- Is Resonance AIO a medical product? No. Resonance AIO is a wellness and educational tool for the radionics and homeopathy tradition. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
